What’s included in the base price?

The base price includes the complete home with every finish listed in the specifications, an air-source heat pump, ducted climate control, thermally broken aluminium windows and doors, customisable colour choices, and lift pre-installation included as standard. The full, working lift is an additional €25,000 — something we’d strongly encourage considering, particularly if this will be your long-term home.

Should I choose the full lift or just the pre-installation?

If you’re planning to live here long term, especially into retirement, we recommend the full lift. The pre-installation guarantees the structural groundwork is in place, but only the complete lift gives you working access between floors from day one. Many buyers in your situation choose to add it at booking stage rather than retrofit it years later.

Can the home be customised?

Yes, every model allows you to customise flooring, kitchen, bathrooms and interior joinery. Customisation carries an additional cost, quoted individually. Choices need to be finalised before the finishing stage of construction is closed off.

What guarantees come with the homes?

10 years’ structural guarantee, 3 years on installations and 1 year on finishes, in line with Spain’s Building Standards Law (LOE). All materials meet the requirements of the Technical Building Code.

Are payments made on account protected?

Yes. Amounts paid on account during construction are backed by a bank guarantee, in keeping with standard practice for new-build housing in Spain. We’re happy to walk you through exactly how this works during the reservation process.

Can a foreign buyer get a mortgage for a new-build home in Spain?
